What Happens Next.
From there, we build your customized training program. Some athletes continue with private or small-group lessons. Serious high school arms often move into the 15-week VIP off-season program. In-season pitchers get our free throwing program to stay sharp between lessons.
Whichever path fits, you'll get a straight recommendation — we'd rather point you to the right option than sell you the wrong one.

Lessons or VIP?
Lessons are one-on-one and start anytime — ideal in-season or as a first step. VIP is the full 15-week off-season system for high school pitchers. Many VIP athletes start with a single evaluation lesson. See the VIP program.
